To submit the Organized Session proposal, access the Personal Area on AISRe website and select the ‘Propose an Organised Session’ link from the menu on the right.
Fill the form with the following information:
- Title of the proposed session;
- Select the names of the other organizers (the list displays only the users registered on the website; other organizers may be added later)
- A brief presentation of the session (min. 300 max. 1000 characters).
- Number of contributions expected
- Institutions collaborating in the organisation of the session
The deadline for communicating the name of the scientific organiser, the session title, and the expected number of contributions (5 per session) is December 5, 2025.
