Aisre Extraordinary Members’ Meeting – November 12, 2021

The Extraordinary Meeting of November 12, 2021 unanimously voted for the new Statute of the Association.

On November 10 at 9 p.m., in first convocation, and on Friday, November 12 at 1 p.m. in second convocation, an extraordinary meeting of AISRe was held online (in order to comply with the anti Covid-19 protocols), with the following agenda:

1) Approval of amendments to the statute;
2) Approval of the regulation for the election of the social organs;
3) any other business.

The address to access the virtual classroom has been sent by email to the members a few days before the Assembly.
