Scienze Regionali – Italian Journal of Regional Science – is a multidisciplinary journal founded in 2001 with the aim of contributing to the scientific and methodological debate on the themes of regional, urban and transport economics, territorial planning, economic geography, urban sociology and of environmental economics. The journal aims to be a qualified forum for academic and scientific debate on frontier issues relating to the various disciplines that deal with the territory. In addition to publishing, in Italian and English, original contributions selected through a double peer-reviewing process, on the indicated topics, the journal periodically proposes critical reviews of the literature entrusted to scholars of great international prestige and signed reviews of the most recent and most interesting books on regional science topics published internationally.
